Class Descriptions:

Essential Reformer: New clients of Pilates Movement will begin with this class. This class provides a challenging workout with emphasis on working from the core with alignment, breath, concentration and control. Additional classes maybe available based on need. Class is held based on reserved space. Please check on class availablity before drop-in.

Intermediate Reformer:
This class allows the individual to work with varying degrees of resistance and assistance. Reformer work provides enhancement in movement, awareness and accuracy. Reformer workouts are dynamic while facilitating core control, flexibility, stability and alignment.

Universal Pilates: The Universal class will offer a more advanced and varied repertoire of Pilates based equipment and movements utilizing the Reformer, Trap Table, and Combo Chair. The Universal Pilates class is a perfect choice for those looking to add a new challenging dimension to their fitness program.

Mat Pilates or Pi-Yo: Whether you are new to Pilates or have been doing it for a while, there is great benefit in mat work. It will enhance your mind-body connection and help to create balanced, more efficient movement patterns while increasing core strength, body alignment and flexibility. If you like Yoga and Pilates try the Pi-Yo Mat class.

Cardio Pilates class:
Come join us for an hour of cardio, weights and stretching. There are four segments; the first 15 minutes are spent on a red and yellow spring to really tap into the external muscles as you jump with various moves for the lower body while adding weights to the upper body movement. The second 15 minutes is spent on a yellow and blue spring repeating and changing up some of the moves but, staying more true to core work. This 15 minutes is followed with cardio on one yellow spring. As with the other two segments, lower and upper body movements change and repeat however, the one yellow spring now pulls you deep into your powerhouse. The last 15 minutes is cool down and stretch. It is great fun with great results!!

BodyBlast Strength Training: A challenging, high intensity, complete body-strengthening workout. The development of this program is in response to the demand for effective strength-training program that provides quick results.

Personal Training: BodyBlast Offers personal training to accommodate your fitness goals. Whether you are seeking a program to get in shape, or training for a specific event, rehabilitating from an injury or just interested in a new physical challenge that will give you results, we can tailor design a program to help you reach your fitness goal.

These classes might not be running certain weeks and will only be running if registered patrons are planning on attending.
